After purchasing a vehicle I had an issue with title paperwork. JR has communicated with me throughout the process helping get everything corrected. It’s been a pleasure dealing with JR and his professionalism.

Crown Honda always does me right when it comes to my basic maintenance. However, I arrived early for a scheduled State Inspection appointment, and waited just about 2.5 hours for my car to be ready. I think that my service specialist forgot about my vehicle b/c when I asked when my car would be ready, it was miraculously ready at the same time.

Ive been here for oil changes, tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, and an alignment. They always do a great job at finishing quickly and listening to any concerns I have. Mark was such a great help!

Just need to have some things looked before taking a road trip the staff is so friendly I will only be taking my car here from now on

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my car today. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, everyone I interacted with made the process smooth and enjoyable. Nicole was the first person I met, and she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs. I also worked with Preston, who was great throughout the process and helped me get the car at a price point that worked for me. Cam introduced himself as well and was very friendly and professional. Although my original salesperson was assisting another customer, I had the opportunity to work with Rafiya, one of the sales advisors. She provided excellent customer service, was personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was easy to talk to and genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others, and I would be happy to work with Rafiya and the team again when I’m ready to purchase my next vehicle in the future.

Everyone was professional.... It took less than expected time, and there were a lot of coupons that I used that made it very reasonable in price.

My whole experience was very positive. Arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. I was promptly greeted the service writer (Kache Hannay) as soon as I exited the car. She introduced herself, verified info all before my appointment time and did this with a sunny smile. 😊 When the car was finished i was notified and soon met with Kache. We went over the paperwork and she clearly explained all of the charges. Kache Hannay acted professionally, treated me with respect and is an asset to the organization. She is a keeper.

Just do your research and know what you are doing and the fair price you want to pay before you go and should go well. I would purchase here again. Remember it is a car dealer trying to maximize profit so just do your research and pay attention when finalizing your negotiation for what additional warranties you may want to purchase or not purchase. This a as reputable and easy to work with dealer i have found, friendly and straightforward and was able to pay a fair price without hassle.

Unfortunately I had an issue with my Honda last weekend- I was in the middle of a road trip 6 hours away from home so I was really over a barrel. The good news is that Greensboro Honda was the closest dealership that I was able to get to. My customer experience at this dealership was unparalleled from the moment I drove up through the time I departed. Unlike my experiences with other service departments at other dealerships, their staff operated with the utmost integrity- Drew was a consummate professional and went above and beyond to help me. The technicians gave me several options - at several price points- to get my vehicle fixed and get me back on the road quickly. And I must add that their waiting area was gorgeous- more comfortable, with more amenities than I’ve ever seen in a service waiting area. This dealership truly understands the value of proving an excellent customer experience, and go the extra mile with their customers. My only regret is that this is not MY local dealership. I highly recommend Greensboro Honda, without qualification.

UPDATE: This issue has been addressed! A special thank you to the General Manager Aaron Wood and the Service Director Zach Smoak. Zach listened to my concerns in earnest, was deeply apologetic, and made it right. THIS is the five star service that I usually get from Greensboro Honda. All in the same day! You can’t beat service like that. Very upset with my experience today. My appointment for a simple oil change was at 8:15 and I didn't finish until 11:25, over three hours later. I get being busy, but with an appointment for just an oil change, I should not have been in there that long. I then was given my key and told by my service technician to basically go look for my car. Every other time my car is pulled up, so this was strange. After five minutes of not being able to locate it, I then had to come back inside where another service technician graciously went to FIND my car to pull it up to me. So very disappointed as I have frequented this dealership over the past 8 years and usually get top notch service.

I das only there for a few minutes but it's my first since the rebuild. Looks top notch sorry I wasn't there to pick out my new ride just yet.

Cash was wonderful! Kind courteous and kept things moving along! Appreciated my car wash too. And the special tension she gave to my Little grandson!

Great experience at Greensboro Honda today. They worked-in my last minute repair, gave me a $200 coupon to use towards it, threw in a free pair of wipers, and the service advisor, Karen, went above and beyond arranging a Lyft to take me home and pick me back up! Credit where credit is due…they did a good job!

Honda of Greensboro is such a great place to purchase or lease. Service department is awesome, expeditious, and professional. Inside, the salemen are all so very cordial and happy, which is a blessing. Finance worked with me to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with my purchase. After the purchase, I even received a personalized, handwritten thank you note! The dealership inside and out is clean, inviting and bright. I highly recommend Greensboro honda for all services dealing with your vehicle.
